Ye, brightskins are needed. Well, first you need to 'make' a mod for the server. (create a folder in your OA folder, next to baseoa, defrag, etc..) Give it a name, what you want. For example IO-Clan. Then in serverlist, under the gametype you will read IO-Clan instead of CTF (but you'll still find it under the ctf servers) Then put the brightskin file into that folder. And then you should create the server from that mod. Well, ive never made a server, so i just can hope that its gonna work.

Whiners like to whine that the players are not good visible and if they play too long their eyes start to hurt of trying to see the enemy. Bright- or proskins would miracly solve this.
Hmm now i write this it actually sounds quite rediculous (even more than it seemed before), though believe it or not they do complain about this!

Proskins are needed. Sometimes its really hard to see some models(f.e. blue Nekoyss on czest2 is unseenable, and blue and red looks the same at all. On f.e. sago it doesnt really matter, its a 'nooby' map. But try to play without proskins on some q3w*** maps(or ps37..), you will be supposed to suck I just played today some games at q3.. Well.. without brightskins sometimes i didnt even see the enemy. Other hand. I dont care about models, i just want to play, and to play i have to see my opponent

Yeah, I agree with Zero. I'm not a perfect player and all, but actually seeing the opponents helps. Today I played with forcemodel=1 option, which I copied from Adran's cfg (thx 4 that Adrian ;-) ) and it was a bit better. There are moments on maps, where it is no joke, that you don't see the opponent. If we assume, that we don't take advantage of sniping positions, as it's camping and it's bad, I suppose equal visibility is just another part of the same deal.
