it took some time but i finnaly got it
Nokia E75 - symbian s60.
Qwerty keyboard when sliding open (to the side), like 40-50mb ram, no touchscreen (not that i mind), 3.2 mpx camera with flashlight, lightsensor for brightness, wifi, 3.5g network, gps, nice battery time (idk how long but it's still full after a day full of testing and inetting with it), fm radio, music player ofc, 2.6" screen if i remember well, 4gig microSD and like 64mb onphone memory, and a lot of applications like youtube and calc and all
New monitor: 23", 1920x1080 resolution, 1:80000 contrast ratio iirc, dvi and vga connection. And unlike my prev monitor (which was 19") no nasty bright LED shining in my eyes
Now the only thing left is my own serverpark, supercomputer and datacenter ^^
